Kazimierz Duda was born on 5th June 1911 at Dobieszowice, Poland.
His mother's name was Florentyna Danecki and his father's name was Franciszek Duda.
His godmother was Maria Kotula and his godfather was Maciej Mitas.

Kazimierz DUDA was student in the cavalry school of Grudziądz.
1932-1935
Before WW2, Kazimierz was professor of History.
1938
Kazimierz was called up fron the reserve into the Polish Army in Poland during Sept. 1939 Campaign as 2nd Lieutenant.
01.09.1939 - 22.09.1939
He was interned in Hungary for 5 months.
Oct. 1939 - Fév. 1940
He was then engaged with the Polish Forces under French Command in France, in rank of 2nd Lieutenant.
19. 03.1940 - 22. 06.1940
During war, Kazimierz met Leokadia Gill.
1942
Kazimierz was in the Polish Land Forces under British Command in the United Kingdom and on the Continent, in ranks as 2nb Lieutenant and from 7.9.1944 : Captain.

He took part in operations in France, Holland and Germany (8.8.1944 - 2.5.1945) in the Heavy MachinGun Squadron ( (C.K.M - Ciezkich Karabinow Maszynowich) of the 1st Polish Armoured Division.

Richard, Kazimierz's son, was born on 13th March 1946 - Edimbourg - Scotland.
The Polish Resettlement Corps (in the United Kingdom): commissioned on 9.7.1947.

Kazimierz was honourably discharged from the relinquished commission on 8.12.1948

Catherine, Kazimierz's daughter, was born on 9th May 1955, Glasgow - Scotland.
Kazimierz DUDA deceased of a brain tumour on 03.05.1966, Christon - Scotland.

Awards and medals
Polish : Cross for Valeur ( (Krzyz Walencznych - l944) - Army Medal with bar (l946)
British : 1939-45 Star, France and Germany Star, Defence Medal.
